ENG 1102 - PACE
Competition 2008
|
This
year's PACE Design Competition showcased some excellent design work by
MTU's first year engineering teams. Thanks PACE
(Partners for the Advancement of
Collaborative Engineering Education) and especially to the
judges who came all the way to the snowy, great north (yes, we did have
a blizzard for them).
The PACE partnership is made up of leading software and manufacturing
companies; i.e., GM, EDS, Sun Microsystems, Unigraphics, Fluent,
Altair, HP, Livermore Software Technology, etc. They are the group
responsibile for getting Michigan Tech (and about 20 other universities
around the world) free access to powerful modeling software.
